Return Conditions: Returnable items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories included. For quality issues, actual photographic evidence is required. Customized items, opened cosmetics, and perishable goods are not eligible for return. Fees and Refunds: For quality issues, the seller will cover return shipping costs. For returns due to personal reasons, the returnee will bear the shipping costs. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
